Entertainer Coach Services facility is located in Central New York, just south of Syracuse, New York. This location gives us a close proximity to many of the "troublesome" points of entry into Canada located in the northeastern portions of the US. ECS also has drivers on call in Detroit, Michigan, New England areas & Seattle/Vancouver, BC. ECS will soon have drivers available for dispatch to ALL points of entry from coast to coast.

Here's what ECS offers:

2. The telephone will be answered.

3. Drivers that are located where you need them.

4. You will know if a driver is available, within minutes in most cases. Not hours!

5. You can be confident that an ECS driver is familiar with the industry.

6. ECS can have a driver arrive at the following Canadian entry points for example:

I-190, Buffalo & Niagara Falls, NY     3 hours

I-81, Thousand Islands, NY         1 hour

I-5, Seattle/Vancouver             1 hour

I-89, Swanton, VT             4-6 hours*

I-91, Derby Line, VT             4-8 hours*

I-95, Houlton, ME             6-15 hours*

I-87 Champlain/Plattsburg, NY     2 hours

Ogdensburg, NY                 30 minutes

Messena, NY                 1 hour

* Time varies if driving from Syracuse or Boston

You will be billed by ECS, not our driver. Rental car expenses will NOT be inflated, you pay what we pay. And not a cent when one of our company vehicles are provided. A copy of the rental agreement will be attached to your detailed, itemized invoice from ECS.

In most instances ECS will provide one of our vehicles at NO charge.

You will pay ECS directly, and not have to negotiate “terms” with a relief driver.

ECS drivers will have:

A current CDL, with appropriate endorsements to operate your vehicle in a safe & DOT compliant manner.

A clean driving record.

A credit card and cash in hand.

A current U.S. Passport .

An uneventful, “NO ISSUES” entry into Canada.

A current medical card.

Up to date Drivers Daily Logs if required.

GPS navigation equipment and/or maps.

A cell phone that WORKS in Canada.

So what does this service cost you or your driver that is unable to enter Canada?

$95 a day + expenses.....

*Applies to situations when an ECS driver spends 4 or more hours on duty traveling to relieve your driver or returning to their home.

If the responsibility to pay for all expenses incurred by a driver's inability to enter Canada, or dealing with a medical problem, a family emergency at home or important personal events that requires your driver to leave his or her seat for a short period of time is the driver's…………Then your ONLY expense will be time……

To make the call to ECS.

To allocate funds and/or collect the monies from your driver.

To mail a check to ECS within 7 days of receiving your itemized bill.

Be punctual for load-in & out, hotel lobby calls, pick-ups and venue departures.

Maintain your vehicles appearance inside & out, as well as mechanically.

Represent your company in a professional and courteous manner.

Follow your company’s directives pertaining to company conduct, obligations & rules.
